Had wheezles<\/p>\n
And sneezles,<\/p>\n
They bundled him<\/p>\n
Into<\/p>\n
His bed.<\/p>\n
They gave him what goes<\/p>\n
With a cold in the nose,<\/p>\n
And some more for a cold<\/p>\n
In the head.<\/p>\n
They wondered<\/p>\n
If wheezles<\/p>\n
Could turn<\/p>\n
Into measles,<\/p>\n
If sneezles<\/p>\n
Would turn<\/p>\n
Into mumps;<\/p>\n
They examined his chest<\/p>\n
For a rash,<\/p>\n
And the rest<\/p>\n
Of his body for swellings and lumps.<\/p>\n
They sent for some doctors<\/p>\n
In sneezles<\/p>\n
And wheezles<\/p>\n
To tell them what ought<\/p>\n
To be done.<\/p>\n
All sorts and conditions<\/p>\n
Of famous physicians<\/p>\n
Came hurrying round<\/p>\n
At a run.<\/p>\n
They all made a note<\/p>\n
Of the state of his throat,<\/p>\n
They asked if he suffered from thirst;<\/p>\n
They asked if the sneezles<\/p>\n
Came after the wheezles,<\/p>\n
Or if the first sneezle<\/p>\n
Came first.<\/p>\n
They said, “If you teazle<\/p>\n
A sneezle<\/p>\n
Or wheezle,<\/p>\n
A measle<\/p>\n
May easily grow.<\/p>\n
But humour or pleazle<\/p>\n
The wheezle<\/p>\n
Or sneezle,<\/p>\n
The measle<\/p>\n
Will certainly go.”<\/p>\n
They expounded the reazles<\/p>\n
For sneezles<\/p>\n
And wheezles,<\/p>\n
The manner of measles<\/p>\n
When new.<\/p>\n
They said “If he freezles<\/p>\n
In draughts and in breezles,<\/p>\n
Then PHTHEEZLES<\/p>\n
May even ensue.”<\/p>\n

Got up in the morning,<\/p>\n
The sneezles had vanished away.<\/p>\n
And the look in his eye<\/p>\n
Seemed to say to the sky,<\/p>\n
“Now, how to amuse them to-day?”<\/p>\n
